MoHFW provides API based access to Co-WIN for third-party software applications to provide a variety of value-added services directly to the beneficiary or enable empaneled COVID Vaccination Centers (CVC) to offer enhanced services to their users.
NCLAT revises SOP for adjudication proceedings
The revised SOP allows Learned Advocates or Authorized representatives to e-file appeal/interlocutory application/reply/rejoinder or undertakings till the tribunal commence physical hearings. The e-forms shall be filed in the same format hard copies are filed as per NCLAT Rules, 2016.

APPCB Extends the validity period of consent for Operation/Authorization till 30th June 2021.
APPCB extends the validity period of consent to operate under water (prevention & control of pollution) Act and Air (prevention & control of pollution) Act upto 30th June 2021 for all industries/establishments, who have valid consent to operate up to 30th April 2021 or thereafter upto 29th June 2021.
NHB extends the timeline for submission of supervisory returns.
The due date of all quarterly, half yearly and annual return which will become due for submission upto 30th June 2021 has been extended for a further period of 30days.
Central Government declares continuation of status of public utility service enjoyed by the copper mining industry.
Central Government has thereby declared the services engaged in the copper mining industry to be a public utility service for a period of six months with effect from 27th May 2021.
The Labour Ministry extends the public utility service status on coal industry for another 6 months.
The Ministry had earlier granted an extension to the coal industry for a period of six months, starting from 27th November 2020. This has now been extended for another six months with effect from 27th May 2020.
