RBI has extended timelines for Submission of Supervisory Returns by NBFCs
The due date for SCBs / SFBs /PBs / LABs/ AIFIs to submit weekly and Fortnightly returns to department of supervision is extended for 1 week. The due date for Monthly returns is extended for 15 days and Quarterly and returns are extended for 30 days.
Karnataka government issues further guidelines for Medical triage and follow-up of Covid-19 positive persons
The person who has tested positive for COVID-19 shall undergo triaging for a decision about placing him/her under home isolation, admission to a CCC or DCHC or DCH. The triaging can be done by telephonic mode or physical method.

The Government has decided to cap the price of CT-scan and digital X-Ray in private hospitals and labs at Rs 1,500 for patients having BPL Card and Rs. 2, 500 for other patients.

The patients who are admitted in private hospitals under SAST (Govt. referred patients) shall be transferred to a stepdown facility attached to the private hospital at their own cost or to a Govt CCC as deemed fit, following their recovery and clinically stable condition, based on the assessment and advise of treating physician.

As per the condition, no adult worker shall be allowed or required to work more than 12 hours in any day and 72 hours in any week and shall be paid overtime wages.
