SEBI has directed that risk-o-meter shall be disclosed to the investor only for the schemes in which the unitholders are invested as on the date on which the disclosures are stipulated.

The due date for complying with requirement for maintaining call recordings of orders/instructions received from clients, uploading KYC application form and supporting documents of the clients on system of KRA, to operate the trading terminals from designated alternate locations, Client Funding Reporting and for Issue of Annual Global Statement to clients by the Trading Members / Clearing Members / Depository Participants / KYC Registration Agencies is extended till June 30, 2021.
SEBI extends timeline for filing half-yearly Internal Audit Report by RTAs
SEBI has also extended the timeline for filing half-yearly Internal Audit Report (IAR) by RTAs within 45 days from the closure of the half year. It has now been decided that the timeline of May 15, 2021 for submission of IAR by RTAs for half year ended March 31, 2021 has been extended to July 31, 2021 in view of the Covid-19 situation.
Employees’ Deposit-Linked Insurance (Amendment) Scheme, 2021
This amendment has fixed the minimum assurance benefit ceiling at two lakh and fifty thousand rupees with retrospective effect from 15th day of February, 2020 for a period of three years from the date of publication.

In order to enhance the necessity of admitting and treating a larger number of patients, it has been decided to follow ‘syndromic approach’ and give patient numbers to such cases based on authorisation of doctors.

The competent person have been authorised to carry out the test, examination, inspection and certification for such buildings, dangerous machinery, lifts and hoist and other equipment’s in factories located in the state of Haryana.
MOHfw issues Protocol for Management of Covid – 19 in the Paediatric Age Group.
As per the protocol, asymptomatic children are usually identified while screening, if family members are identified. Such children do not require any treatment except monitoring for development of symptoms and subsequent treatment according to assessed severity.
MoHfw Issues revised guidelines for Home Isolation of mild /asymptomatic COVID-19 cases.
The guidelines recommend that if the fever is not controlled with the maximum dose of paracetamol tablets (650mg four times a day), the patient should consult the treating doctor “who may consider advising other drugs like a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)” such as Naproxen (250 mg twice a day). The guidelines suggest further that the doctor consider ivermectin tablets (200 mcg/kg once a day, to be taken on an empty stomach) for 3 to 5 days.
