Draft notification for thermal plants regarding ash utilization
Every coal/lignite based thermal power plant shall be responsible to utilize 100% ash (fly ash and bottom ash) generated during that year. However, in no case shall utilization fall below 80 % in any year. Also, it should achieve average ash utilization of 100% in a 3 year cycle.
Clarification regarding returns to be submitted by Housing Finance Companies
All HFCs shall submit annual return as per schedule I by 30th June for every FY year, Half-yearly return as per Schedule II by 12 May and 11 November, Quarterly return on ten major exposures to corporates on 15 April, 15 July, 15 October and 15 January.

DGHS extends the deadline for allowing import of drugs with residual shelf life of less than 60% till 31st October 2021.
As per Rule 31 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, no drug shall be imported unless it complies with the standard of strength, quality and purity, provided that the licensing authority shall not allow the import of a drug with a less than 60 per cent residual shelf life as on the date of import.
