NSE directs trading members to carry out system audit of their trading facility
Submission of system audit report shall be considered complete only after trading member submits the report to the Exchange after providing management comments. Trading members shall comply with any non-compliance/ non-conformities (NCs) pending for system audit report for the previous audit period by submitting ATR and/or Follow-on audit report as the case may be through ENIT.

A new rule 51A has been inserted through this amendment which notifies that in case of non-transport vehicles, the motor vehicle tax shall be calculated electronically through the portal on the basis of invoice price excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Draft Electricity (Rights of consumers) (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
The Amendment brings in new definition to the term Gross-Metering, Net-metering and Net Billing and a new rule 11(4) has been inserted which specifies the arrangements of net- metering in which the arrangements for net metering/ gross metering/ net billing or net feed shall be as specified by the State Commission by regulation from time to time.
