CDSCO has allowed submission of self attested documents for Import registration of cosmetics
The applicants are allowed to submit the self attested documents along with an undertaking that they will submit the notarized/apostilled documents with legal signatures after obtaining the same from the concerned authority. The notarized/apostilled documents with legal signatures shall be submitted within four months or after the Covid situation is normalized, whichever is earlier.
Indian Insurance Companies (Foreign Investment) (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
As per the new rule 3, no Indian insurance company shall allow the aggregate holdings by way of Total Foreign Investment in its equity shares by Foreign Investors, including portfolio investors, to exceed seventy-four percent of the paid up equity capital of such Indian Insurance Company.
RBI to constitute Regulations Review Authority 2.0.
The RRA 2.0 will focus on streamlining regulatory instructions, reduce the compliance burden of the regulated entities by simplifying procedures and reduce reporting requirements, wherever possible.
The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021.
The Amendment is brought under regulation 15 which deals with Transitional Provisions in which the authorised sea carrier shall continue to deliver the cargo declaration in Form III of the Import Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1971 and Form I of the Export Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1976, in the manner as was applicable before the commencement of these regulations, till 31st May 2021.
All restaurants and hotels to remain closed in Maharashtra till 1st May 2021.
During the curfew, the state government has ordered that restaurants and bars will remain closed for dining. However, home delivery services will be allowed during the curfew period and Restaurants and bars inside hotels are to be open only for in-house guest.
