The amendment clarifies trustees and asset management companies shall ensure that the assets and liabilities of each scheme are segregated and ring-fenced from other schemes of the mutual fund; and bank accounts and securities accounts of each scheme are segregated and ringfenced.
The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2020
The amendment provides that the electricity generating company shall file an application for determination of supplementary tariff for the emission control system installed in coal or lignite based thermal generating station in accordance with the regulations not later than 60 days from the date of operation of such emission control system.
RBI directs NBFs and UCBs to adopt RBIA to enhance their internal audit system.
