CFSS-2020 Form shall be available for filing from 16th January 2021.
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye- Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021
The amendment provides that a director shall disclose any order of any authority that affects his character or reputation, to the insolvency professional agency, within one week of issue of such order. The copy of the order shall also be placed forthwith on the website of the insolvency professional agency.
SEBI repeals the (Central Database of Market Participants Regulations, 2003
SEBI HAS repealed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Database of Market Participants) Regulations, 2003. The repeal of the regulations shall not affect any pending proceedings.
Draft Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (Transaction of Business and Procedures for the Scientific Committee and Scientific Panels) First Amendment Regulations, 2021
The amendment provides that the draft agenda of the meetings of the Scientific Committee or Scientific Panels shall be drawn up by the Secretariat in consultation with the Chairperson of the concerned Scientific Committee or Scientific Panel and circulated to members at least ten working days before the meeting.
The Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restriction on Sales) First Amendment Regulations, 2021
The Amendment provides that the maximum allowed limits for any incidentally occurring Khesari dal in grams /pulses shall be not more than 2% including other edible grains.
