Tamil Nadu enlists 12 drug licenses provided through E-service centers/portal
The Health and Welfare Department of Tamil Nadu has enlisted 12 services of the department provided through E-service centers/portal including license for manufacture, sale, repacking and testing of allopathic and homeopathic drugs.
IBBI issues clarification on fees payable for delay in filing forms under IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
It has been clarified that fee is payable for the period that lapses between the due date of filing a Form or 1st October, 2020, whichever is later, and the actual date of filing the said Form.
