Unified License for organizations with multiple food establishments in a campus
Unified License may be issued by the Licensing Authority with the approval of Food Safety Commissioner to central/state government Institutions or to organizations with multiple food establishments in a campus by a single entity. The unified licensee shall give an identification number to all individual establishments, which shall be displayed along with the FSSAI license number by them.
Government of NCT Delhi waives late fee for failure to furnish FORM GSTR-3B
Late fee in excess of an amount of two hundred and fifty rupees stands waived for the registered persons who failed to furnish the return in FORM GSTR-3B for the months of July, 2017 to January, 2020, by the due date but furnishes the said return between the period from 01st day of July, 2020 to 30th day of September, 2020.
The Government of NCT Delhi waives the fee for late filing of FORM GSTR-4
The late fee is waived for registered persons who files the return between 22.09.2020 and 31.10.2020. The notification shall come into effect retrospectively from 21.09.2020.
Government of NCT Delhi commences the operation of GST amendment governing refund of state tax
Where the Central Government has disbursed the refund of the State Tax, such refund amount shall be transferred by the Delhi Government to the Central Government.
A.P Levy and Assessment of Property Tax Rules
The percentage of the property tax shall not be less than 0.10% and not more than 0.50% of the Capital Value (CV) in the case of residential buildings and shall not be less than 0.20% and not more than 2.00% of the Capital Value (CV) in the case of non-residential buildings.
Registrar of Cooperative Societies extends the tenure of existing committees of cooperative societies
The amendment provides that cooperative societies, other than housing cooperative societies, whose membership exceeds One Thousand and where the election for constituting the new committees of the societies could not be conducted so far, the existing committees shall arrange election of the new committee along with their AGM to be held between 20/11/2020 and 31/12/2020.
