Strategic Policy & Facilitation Bureau (SPFB) to be set up to facilitate growth of the Ayush Sector
The Ministry of AYUSH would assist the Bureau in responding to investment proposal, issue and queries and fund Invest India for undertaking activities assigned. The Ministry will also support the Bureau in building links with various stakeholders such as industry associations, affiliate bodies of Ministry and Industry representation.
SEBI issues guidelines for rights issue by unlisted InvITs to raise funds.
As per the guidelines, no infrastructure investment trusts shall make a rights issue of units unless, a resolution of the board of directors of the investment manager approving the rights issue of units and determining the record date has been passed and Units of the same class, which are proposed to be allotted are already issued by the InvIT.
The Patents (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2020.
A start-up or small entity, having filed an application for a patent, ceases to be a startup or small entity due to the lapse of the period during which it is recognized by the competent authority, or its turnover subsequently crosses the financial threshold limit as notified by the competent authority, no such difference in the scale of fees shall be payable.
Himachal Pradesh Motor Vehicle Taxation (Amendment) Bill, 2020
The amendment impose tax on motor cabs or maxi cabs which can be converted as personal motor vehicles, motor vehicles initially registered in any other State but being moved permanently to the State of Himachal Pradesh to be registered here for the first time and for Private Service Motor Cabs or Construction equipment vehicles already registered and paying tax on an annual basis for the remaining period of fifteen years.
