MCA relaxes the minimum residency requirement for partners and directors
The Circular provides that the requirement for director or partner to stay in India for at least 182 days a year has been relaxed for the year 2020 owing to international travel restrictions imposed by international community.

The Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Rules, 2020.
A trader who transacts with a farmer in farmers’ produce in the trade area, shall make payment for traded scheduled farmers’ produce on the same day or within maximum of three working days if procedurally so required, subject to the condition that the receipt of delivery as in Form -1 shall be given to the farmer on the same day.
Ultrasound Equipment shall be considered as DRUG with effect from 1st November 2020.
Ultrasound Device intended for external or internal use in human beings shall be considered as a drug with effective from 1st November 2021.
The Drugs and Cosmetics Draft Amendment Rules, 2020.
Through this amendment, the drug “Tapentadol” has been listed under schedule H under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
