Clarification on calculation of Arm’s length price of international transaction or specified domestic transaction for assessment year 2020-2021
Where the variation between the arm’s length price and the price at which the transaction has been undertaken is less that one percent of the latter in respect of wholesale trading and three percent of the latter in all other cases, actual price price shall be deemed to be the arm’s length price for assessment year 2020-2021.

The Delhi Motor Vehicles (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020.
The Amendment is brought under rule 37A which specifies the registration fee on the vehicles in which the fee prescribed at Serial No.4 in the Column 3 of the Table given in Rule 81 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 shall not be applicable on Battery Operated Vehicles as defined in Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
