IRDAI implements the RFQ platform for Investments in Corporate Bonds/ Commercial Papers
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India vide circular dated 25.09.2020 has Implemented the RFQ platform for Investments in Corporate Bonds / Commercial Papers.
The removal of difficulties order under A.P GST Act, 2017 can be issued for 5 years from commencement of the Act
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provisions of this Act, the Government may, on the recommendations of the Council, by a general or a special order published within five years of commencement of the Act, in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the said difficulty.
CBDT publishes the Faceless Appeal Scheme, 2020
The CBDT will set up a National Faceless Appeal Centers, Regional Faceless Appeal Centers and Appellate Authority to facilitate the conduct of e-proceedings in a centralized manner.
RBI to introduce Positive Pay System for Cheque Truncation System from 1st January 2021.
The National Payments Corporation of India will develop the facility of positive pay in CTS and make it available to participant banks.
NPPA directs manufacturers of medical oxygen to submit information to the control room.
The manufactures and re-fillers of medical oxygen shall submit the information relating to the oxygen type, the opening and closing stock, details relating to the consumption, and dispatch to the control room for monitoring the situation of availability, distribution, and demand of the medical oxygen.
FSSAI directs FBOs to display best before date of loose sweets from1st October 2020.
FSSAI has made it mandatory for FBOs to display ‘best before date’ of non-packaged sweets with effect from 1st October as part of its efforts to ensure safe safety and might also display the date of manufacturing voluntarily.
Food safety officers shall serve notice in Form VA to FBOs for taking samples and sending it for analysis.
FSSAI has mandated the food safety officers to serve the notice in Form V A to the food business operators by clearly specifying the parameter to be tested. i.e as per the FSSAI standards for the specific products or any additional test if any to be performed.
