The Government of Bihar extends the deadline for filing of GSTR-4 by Composition Dealers for FY 2019-20
Under the previous notification, registered persons paying tax under section 10 of the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 or availing the benefits mentioned in the notification dated 8th May 2019, were classified as a class of registered persons. This class of persons was required to follow a special procedure for furnishing of return and payment of tax. Under the present notification these persons must furnish the return in FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year ending 31st March 2020, till 31st October 2020. The original deadline for filing the return was 15th July, subsequently, it was postponed to 31st August 2020. This deadline has now been extended further to 31st October 2020.
Government of Bihar extends the deadline for compliance with anti-profiteering provisions of Bihar GST Act, 2017
The present notification enlarges the scope of the original notification of June 2020. By virtue of this notification, any compliance in respect of anti-profiteering that was required to be completed by any date between 20th March 2020 and 29th November 2020 and could not be completed by that date, can now be completed till 30th November 2020.
SEBI implements system-driven disclosures for members under the prohibition of insider trading regulation.
The depositories and Stock Exchanges shall make necessary arrangements such that the disclosures pertaining to PIT Regulations are disseminated on the websites of respective stock exchanges with effect from 1st October 2020.
