Rajasthan PCB brings in special dispensation scheme for industries which hasn’t obtained consent to operate/establish
The Rajasthan State PCB has introduced a special dispensation scheme for industries which has not yet under the consent management and are seeking consent for the first time. The scheme shall be valid for a period of 90 days starting from 1st August 2020 to 30th October 2020 and it shall be applicable only to small scale industries covered under orange and green category.
Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020
Every listed company (other than public sector company) shall maintain public shareholding of at least 25%, Provided that any listed company which has public shareholding below 25%, on the commencement of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 2010, shall increase its public shareholding to at least 25%, within a period of three years from the date of such commencement, in the manner specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
CBIC issues the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2020
The Authorized dealer can now deliver the cargo declaration in Form-VIA or Form-VIB and Form-VIIA or Form-VIIB or arrival and departure manifest in Form-VIII or Form-VIIIA, from 15th May, 2020 till 30th September, 2020.
The Central Government notifies the Tea (Marketing) Control (Amendment) Order, 2020
The amendment revises the contours of Form –B, which is the Certificate of registration for carrying on business as Manufacturer and/or producer of Tea. It refines its coverage of different teas specified by the Tea (Marketing) Control Order, 2003 and it provides for the specification of the annual installed capacity of made teas.
FSSAI extends the deadline for submission of Annual/ Half yearly returns amid COVID-19.
Submission of the annual returns and half yearly returns for the period October 2019- March 2020 and April 2020 to September 2020 has been extended till 31st December 2020.
