Authentication/certification of any filing / submission made to stock exchanges under the LODR Regulations may be done using digital signature certifications till December 31, 2020. This Circular shall apply for filings/submissions made from July 1, 2020.

The Government of Kerala vide notification dated 23 July 2020 has issued the consumer price index for agricultural and industrial laborers for the moth of May 2020. The Minimum Wages shall be calculated for agricultural and industrial laborers from month of may on the basis of the new consumer index.
