Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2020
For dairy products, the name of the dairy ingredient used in the product shall be indicated in the list of ingredients, wherever applicable. The amendment also provides an exclusive logo for All milk and milk products to be used on the product label. New parameters are introduced for Milk Fat, Butter Oil, Anhydrous Milk Fat, ghee and Anhydrous Butter Oil in dairy products.
