MOHFW extends the validity of registration certificate for import of drugs
The ministry has decided that if an Registration Certificate holder for import of drugs, makes an application for a fresh Registration Certificate before the expiry of the existing certificate, the existing Registration Certificate shall be valid until orders are passed on the application and shall be deemed to be valid for all purposes.

FSSAI notifies Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) First Amendment Regulations, 2020
No person shall sell any food product wherein artificial sweetener is permitted under these regulations, except under packed condition and as per the labelling requirements, provided that if such product is sold through a vending machine, the food business operator shall display on the vending machine prominently and cause it to be labelled on the cup or container in which the product is served in respect of artificial sweetener.
The government of Gujarat has revised the fees for registration of boilers
The fees for registration of firms manufacturing Boilers in the state of Gujarat shall be calculated on the basis of rating and shall be levied in accordance with the scale given under the amended Rules.

The FSSAI on 23rd June, 2020 notified the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) First Amendment Regulations, 2020. The Amendment makes changes to Microbiological Standards to Milk and Milk Products, Fruits and Vegetables and their Products and Meat and Meat Products among other changes.
