IRDAI modifies guidelines on the standard individual health insurance products
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has modified the norms of ‘Arogya Sanjeevani Policy’ by allowing health insurers to offer a minimum sum insured of less than Rs 1 lakh and a maximum of greater than Rs 5 lakh.
SEBI extends the timeline for submission of financial results and accounts maintained by issuers under ILDM regulation
The timeline for submission of investor grievance report, financial results, and accounts maintained by issuers of municipal debt securities under ILDM Regulation has been further extended to 31st July 2020.

NPPA directs manufacturers to intimate details regarding production of drug methyl prednisolone, enoxaparin and dexamethasone
The Manufacturers shall intimate the details regarding the production/sale of drug methyl prednisolone, enoxaparin and dexamethasone during the last two years and the details regarding the stock lying with the company. Further, they shall intimate the production schedule for next 6 months and details of suppliers to whom they are sourcing the above drugs and the details of procurement orders placed by the state government in the format enclosed.
MCA extends the last date for submission of comments on Decriminalization of Compoundable offenses under the Limited Liability Partnership(LLP) Act, 2008

MCA extends the last date of filing of Form NFRA-2
The extended time limit for filing form NFRA 2 for the FY 2018-19 is now 270 days starting from the date of deployment of this form on the website of National Financial Reporting Authority.
The Industrial Disputes (Goa Amendment) Ordinance, 2020
The amendment provides a limitation period of one year for making a claim of unlawful discharge, dismissal, retrenchment or termination as an industrial dispute. The amendment also provides the provision for compounding of the offences under sections 25Q, 25R, 25U, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30A and subsections (1) and (2) of section 31 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
