it has been decided to operationalise the provisions related to alcohol-free bar from Food Safety and Standards( Alcoholic Beverages) Amendment Regulations, 2020 and provision regarding use of certain food color in distilled spirituous beverages from Food Safety and Standards( Food Product Standards and Food Additive) Amendment Regulation, 2020 with immediate effect.
SEBI grants temporary relaxation in the processing of documents pertaining to FPIs due to COVID-19

SEBI introduces an operational framework for transactions in defaulted debt securities
As per existing practice, the Stock Exchanges suspend trading/reporting of trades on debt securities before the redemption date. Further, Depositories impose a restriction on off-market transfers on redemption date that restricts transfers on and after the redemption date. It has been proposed to allow these restrictions to be lifted on defaulted debt securities.
SEBI grants relaxation for listed companies having stressed assets
SEBI has decided to relax the pricing methodology for preferential issues by listed companies having stressed assets and exempt allottees of preferential issues from open offer obligations in such cases, with immediate effect.
