The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide notification dated 16 June, 2020 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2020 to amend the provisions governing the sponsor of Infrastructure Investment Trusts.
