Economic Stimulus Package Part 4 announced by the Finance Minister
Today, to give life to Prime Minister’s vision, to Reform, Perform and Transform and to prepare for tough global competition, Policy Simplifications for many sectors to bring transparency has been announced. Specifically, the Finance minister announced reliefs and measure covering 8 sectors – COAL, Minerals, Defence production, Air space management, maintenance repair and overhaul, power distribution companies, space sector, and Atomic energy.
Ministry of finance notifies the Sabka Vishwas (legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2020
The Ministry of Finance in its gazette notification dated 14th May 2020 has published the the Sabka Vishwas (legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme (Amendment) Rules, 2020. Every declarant under rule 7 has to pay an amount electronically, as indicated in Form SVLDRS-3, issued by the designated committee, on or before June 30, 2020.
Government of Bihar has increased the working hours in industrial units to 12 hours

The Ministry of Health and Family welfare on 15th May 2020 has issued additional guidelines on the rational use of Personal Protective Equipment for health care workers and others working in Non-COVID hospitals and Non-COVID treatment areas of a hospital which has a COVID block.
MCI notifies Telemedicine Practice Guidelines
The Board of Governors in Supersession of the Medical Council of India on 12.03.2020 has published the “Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020” with effect from 25.03.2020, which seeks to recognize and regulate the practice of telemedicine by registered medical practitioners as well as the corresponding Telemedicine guidelines.
