Companies and LLPs are directed to declare readiness to tackle COVID-19 on Web form CAR-2020
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued an advisory on its webpage to take preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 and has advised companies and LLPs to implement work from home policy to their staff as part of encouraging social distancing.

The Tamil Nadu Health and Family Welfare Department vide its notification dated 15th March, 2020, has published the Tamil Nadu COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 which details the responsibilities for hospitals and individuals and the powers of officials in relation to diagnosis, treatment and containment of COVID-19.
Central pollution Control Board issues guidelines for disposal of waste generated during treatment/diagnosis of COVID-19 Patients
The Central Pollution Control board on 18th March 2020 has published guidelines for management of waste generated during diagnostics and treatment of COVId-19 suspected/confirmed patients which is to be followed by every hospital, isolation centers, laboratories and common bio-medical waste treatment and disposal facilities.
CBDT Notifies “Designated Authority” for accepting application under Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act
The Central Board of Indirect taxes in its notification dated 18th March 2020 has notified jurisdictional Commissioners of Income-tax who shall perform the function of ‘’designated authorities’ under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.
