MCA clarifies the procedure for filing of forms in the MCA-21 registry by the insolvency professionals.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its circular dated 17th February 2020, has clarified the procedure to be followed by, and powers and duties of, the insolvency professionals appointed under IBC, 2016.
District Magistrate of Chandigarh issues order regarding security & safety of women employees working late hours.
The Office of the District Magistrate, Chandigarh, has re-issued an order on 14th January 2020, directing the organizations like B.P.O.s, Call Centres, corporate Houses, Media Houses, companies, firms & other similar entities, providing facility of pick and drop to their employees, to abide by the specified conditions to ensure safety of the employees, especially women employees, working till late hours, effective immediately.
E-waste Manufacturers in the State of Rajasthan shall maintain pass book issued by the state board.
The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board vide its order dated 10th February 2020 has mandated e-waste manufacturers, dismantlers, refurbishes and recyclers to maintain passbook that is issued by RSPCB. The passbook will contain type and details of the e-waste permitted for procurement.
