Ministry of finance discloses steps taken to ease the liquidity position of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and increase credit flow
The press information bureau in its press release dated 4th February 2020, has enumerated various steps that have been taken by the ministry o finance since 2018 to increase credit flow in the country. This was stated by Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, Union Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs, in a written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha today.
MCA Updates e –forms for Nidhi companies which shall be available on the MCA-21 portal from 11th February 2020.
The Ministry of corporate affairs on 10th February 2020 under its news and update column has directed the stakeholders about the update on Nidhi company related forms NDH-1, NDH-2 and NDH-3 which shall be filed only as e-forms provided in the portal, with effect from 11th February, 2020.
Form AOC-4 NBFC shall be available for filing as eForm from 11th February 2020
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 10th Feburary 2020 has updated in its news column that the Form AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) shall be available for filing as eForm which shall be in force from 11th February 2020.
State Government of Telangana directs the owners of high rise buildings to upload a third party fire safety audit certificate on the department website.
The Telangana State Disaster Response and Fire Services Department has notified that the owner and occupier of all High-Rise Buildings, that have obtained a No Objection Certificate from the Department to upload the certificate on the official website- https://fire.telangana.gov.in/.
Government of West Bengal introduces mobile App for tax and non-tax receipts.
The West Bengal Finance Department has introduced the facility of Government Receipt Portal System (GRIPS) – a mobile App under West Bengal Integrated Financial Management system(WBiFMS) – an online, digital platform for making various tax and non tax payment of the state government.
