Government of Tamil Nadu has increased the fee for amendment/Transfer/loss of license under Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950
The State Government of Tamil Nadu in its Gazette Notification dated 11th December 2019 has amended the Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950 by increasing the fee for amendment of licence, transfer of licence and loss of licence from fifty rupees to two hundred rupees.
Payment of Tax on undisclosed income under Income Declaration scheme is extended till 31st January 2020
The Ministry of Finance has Notified that the persons who have made a declaration under the Income Declaration Scheme, 2016, but have not made payment of tax, surcharge, penalty payable there under on or before the due dates, may make the payment of such amount on or before the 31st day of January 2020.
CBIC amends manner of issuing tax invoice under GST
The Central Board of Indirect taxes has amended the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2019, Rule 48 which specifies the manner of issuing invoice, by adding 3 new sub-rules.
