FSSAI Issues directions to the commissioners of food safety to avoid unnecessary documentation for licensing
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India in its Notification dated 22nd November, 2019 has issued Directions to the licensing authorities that they ‘must’ avoid unnecessary documentation for the purpose of licensing or registration of food businesses, as several complaints on such instances have been recieved.

CDSCO Issues notification on processing of application for product approved as medical device
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization in its Notification dated 15th November 2019 has issued an Office Memorandum directing that the processing of application for product approved as medical device in the country of origin and not covered under the medical devices notified in India shall be done by New Drugs division or Import division of CDSCO .
MCA extends last day of filing of Form PAS-6
MCA has extended the last day of filing of the Form PAS-6 for the half-year ended on 30.09.2019. The Form can be filed within sixty days from the date of deployment of this form on the website of the Ministry.
RBI released Working Group Report on CIC
The Reserve bank of India vide notification dated 6th November 2019, has released the report of the working group to review the regulatory and supervisory framework for Core Investment Companies (CIC) and invited public comments by 30th November 2019. Recommendations have been made on investment by CIC, Filing of returns and Onsite inspection.
