FSSAI issues clarification regarding non requirement of registration for delivery person and direct sellers
FSSAI in its advisory dated 19th September, 2019 has issued direction regarding non-requirement of FSSAI registration of last mile delivery persons, direct sellers, food vending machines, water vending machines, food ATMs, branded food carts owned by single or main entity. FSSAI had received representations from the stakeholders in order to give clarifications on the order dated 8th June 2019.
CBIC Issues clarification on Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019
Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) in circular dated 25th September, 2019 has clarified certain issues under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019.
Clarification has been released on various issues related to applicability of the Scheme in specific cases.

SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide notification dated 17th September, 2019 has published the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2019. The amendment has been done to include provision for an Informant mechanism for early detection of insider trading and better enforceability. The amendment shall be in effect from 26th December, 2019.
