CDCSO Issues list of medical devices testing laboratory to carry out test or evaluation of medical device
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (“CDSCO”) in its notification dated 3rd October 2019 has added four laboratories to the list of medical devices testing laboratories who shall carry out test or evaluation of medical device on behalf of manufacturer registered under CDSCO.

The Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2015 has been amended by MCA. Annexure III providing the XBRL taxonomy for filing Cost Audit Report has been substituted.

FSSAI Issues scheme for sampling, testing and inspection for dairy processing plants
FSSAI has Issued scheme for sampling, testing and inspection for dairy processing plants. The scheme stipulates the sampling points, test methods, frequency of sampling and permissible limits as per FSSR. It provides for testing in in-house laboratories or that of FSSAI, rectification of products non-compliant with FSSAI standards, rejection and destruction of non-rectifiable products and prompt maintenance of records.
