The Central Board of Direct Taxes through its notification dated 30th August 2019 has constituted a special cell for the redressal of grievances and mitigation of various tax-related issues suffered by start-ups.
CBDT Issues Clarification on applicability of Tax Deduction at Source on cash withdrawals
