On August 21st, 2019, the Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization (PESO) has issued a circular on licensing for transportation of ethanol or ethyl alcohol. The licensing is mandatory due to its chemical properties and cautious handling required in transportation of ethanol or ethyl alcohol.
The license shall be issued by Heads of Circles and Sub Circle Offices of PESO in Form XI for the transportation of ethanol or ethyl alcohol in bulk through mechanically propelled vehicles.
