Online Fire NOC through Single Desk Portal for Industries
AP State Disaster Response & Fire services Department has published an update on its website for industries on Ease of Doing Business. Industries can easily obtain No Objection Certificate from Fire Department through Single Desk Portal in online mode with out any hassle. For issuance of building permission, a single joint site inspection will be carried out by all concerned authorities. Application for fire provisional NOC can be submitted along with building permission through the Integrated Common Application Form.
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority Fixes the Ceiling Price for ‘Ibuprofen’
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) set up by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers issued an order dated June 26, 2019, fixing the Ceiling Price as Rs. 2.62 per capsule for ‘Ibuprofen’ (Schedule Formulation) 200 mg Capsule. Every retailer and dealer shall display a price list on a conspicuous part of the business premises to provide access to any person seeking assistance on it.
Amendment of Tamil Nadu Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules 1975
The Present Amendment of Tamil Nadu Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules 1975, adds requirement to submit proof of online payment made through online portal of Department of Labour at the time of applying for registration of establishment / licence / renewal of licence.
